CKMA Seminar

Master John Archer has just completed a days Seminar for good friend, Master Zoe Rossborough’s CKMA.
These happen three times a year and are always covering different topics.
Today’s seminar contained power, kicking, a little sparring and breaking techniques and as always, CKMA put everything into all disciplines and seemed to thoroughly enjoy the day.
