STRATFORD T-UK enjoyed great success in Scotland over the weekend, firstly at the T-UK Goodwill Scottish Championships held in Wishaw on Saturday 19th May.
Due to exams and half terms it was just a small team from Stratford with 5 Students competing.
In the Adults 2nd Deg Black Belt Division saw Bhupendra Solanki (North Leam & Stratford) win a Silver Medals in Mens Patterns preforming a tricky Po-Eun.
In the Children’s Divisions firstly Billy Barnett came away with 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal in his categories.
Kiera Dhillion then won a Silver Medal after forcing a second round due to a draw in the final. Sky Barnett managed to win all of her categories including sparring to win 3 Gold Medals, Demi Barnett also matched her Sister to also win all her categories and win 3 Gold Medals.
An Awesome performance.
On Sunday Demi, Sky and Billy also competed at the GMS Open Championships at the Commonwealth Arena in Glasgow which was attended by 6 different Nations including competitors from Holland and Belgium.
Billy Barnett continued his winning streak in a field of over 20 students to make the Podium and win a Silver Medal, Sky again dominated the Sparring and continuing her unbeaten record to make top spot and walk away with Gold. Demi won both her categories on the day to win Double Gold and come home from Scotland with 5 Golds in total.
